The mindset of the wealthy continued.... Part 2

Part Two:

A major skill that everyone that desires to be wealthy must acquire is SELF CONTROL, this helps to exercise caution, and practice delayed gratification.

Note, an important fuel for self control is VISION, "without vision, people perish".

If you have a vision to pay rent, pay back a loan or pay your kids' tuition,  you will definitely find a way to save for it.  This vision is what drives you and keeps you committed, thus you cannot afford to indulge in certain excesses that you would want to.

Hence the vision drives you to action.

All you need do is start with "baby steps", it could be a small commitment of buying certain amount of shares per week or per month, steady investment of at least 10% of your income in another business on a monthly basis and so on.

That said, never underestimate the power of giving, no mater how small.

Food for thought: How big is your vision? Is your vision placing a limit on God's capability? Remember, in 2 Kings chapter 4, the oil did not stop flowing until the containers were exhausted.

Caveat!!!! Check your motive, why do you want to be rich?

Here's a sneak peak into my copy of the financial guide checklist, as discussed in my previous post.

Some Top things I plan to use money for this year:

1. Invest in my small business

2. Invest in my training and certifications

3. Invest in people

4. Invest in real estate

PS: Stop working for money, let your money work for you!!!!
