THE MINDSET OF THE WEALTHY Part 1
Part 1
Here are some tips that I have garnered from my search on how to attain financial success.
Being wealthy begins with your
mindset! How do you perceive wealth, is it a must have or something to be avoided?
What is your mindset and perception about Money, Investments, Job, Risk, Time
and Problems? (Scot Anderson, 2006).
On Money, whenever you have some extra cash, a raise, bonus or
promotion, what is the first thing you think about? How to spend more or how to
invest? Do you perceive being wealthy as evil or ungodly?
On Investments, what are the most important things to you? What are
your valuable assets? What is your worth? Let’s say we are to place a value on
you and all you own today, what will it amount to? That is the real value of
your investments.
On Jobs, what’s your take? Do you work for money or believe in making
money work for you? Do you work so as to be enabled to invest more, or you work
so as to spend more?
On Risks, are you afraid to take risks, would you rather stay safe?
Know this: not taking any risks is in itself a risk!
On Time, this is the most valuable asset, which has been given equally
to every living being, are you wasting yours or investing it?
On Problems, do you know that the more problems you solve, the
wealthier you can become? Problems and opportunities to get wealth are Siamese
twins, they go hand-in-hand. What problems are you solving? This determines the
value and wealth that you attract.
Every individual has been given the
power to get wealth, we have gifts, talents, and ideas that have the ability to
attract value and yield wealth. Some of them may be crude and require polishing
and refining. Hence the need for training, how often do you invest in improving
yourself?
